Let us elaborate on the expansion.
Unfortunately, we are having to turn down 4-5 quote forms weekly because we cannot possibly squeeze these weddings in before July(no matter how small)-making our competitors much happier-ha,ha. We are unable to accept all quotes/orders we are currently receiving. If we have to deny your package, we sincerely apologize.
We do offer an alternative. We are also expanding our BUY THE STEM line, which is solely "natural touch" flowers, for those who would like to do-it-yourself or have a a friend/relative that can can help with design work.
ANY OF THE FLOWERS WITHIN THE SITE CAN BE PURCHASED IN BULK.
It has become quite popular within the last 2 months.
You will be able to use the highest grade "natural touch" flowers in your designs just like we do!

Also, there are times when we are unable to respond to your emails or phone calls immediately. Staci may be doing another consultation, finalizing an order, placing a flower order, etc. & cannot just respond immediately. PLEASE leave a message with your name and number on the voicemail so we are able to contact you as soon as we have a moment.
I, Angel, have been overwhelmed with design work & am not taking phone calls or answering emails.
Staci Sessler, our floral consultant will be answering all calls & emails. She will be going over quote forms, consultations, and contract signing. She is very good at noting details and keeping records.

I, Angel, will no longer be speaking personally with clients unless I have questions for them during the designing process.
PLEASE take the time to fill out this form as accurately and with as much description/information as possible. It will help the ordering process run more efficiently and with less errors. Also, allowing more time to be spent designing your specific package.
We ask that you provide 2-3 photos to design from. We are good, but cannot always read everyone's mind.

 Cascade bouquets feature flowers that descend below the main portion of the bouquet design. The voluptuousness of the bouquet is often the main feature of the wedding costume. Cascade bouquets are most often used in formal and traditional weddings. (THESE ARE NORMALLY DONE W/ BOUQUET HOLDERS AND ARE NOT HAND-TIED W/STEMS SHOWING!)
 Florists create hand-tied bouquets by placing the stems of the flowers, foliage and accessories in their hand and wrapping them around the center of the design until they are securely fastened. These arrangements are designed to show the natural growth of the stems, which are often wrapped in ribbon or french braided together. Hand-tied bouquets have a more casual air and are particularly nice for garden weddings and brides who like the feeling of an unarranged gathering of flowers. (95% of our designs are TRENDY HAND-TIED BOUQUETS!)
 Nosegays - round clusters of flowers . Also called a tussie mussie, this style of bouquet dates back to the 14th century, when it was used to mask unpleasant odors - thus the term "nosegay."
 Contemporary bouquets
are inspired by unconventional ideas, styles and patterns and are designed with no specific geometric form. They are usually created with flowers that have definite form and add character to a bouquet (such as calla lilies, orchids and anthuriums). Contemporary bouquets represent the individuality of the bride and are perfect for a sophisticated, cosmopolitan style wedding. They're simplistic but have the added grace of asymmetrical design.
Due to a high volume of quotes weekly, ALL quotes sent out will be void after 30 days without contact from the prospective bride.
We do not figure out how many of each stem goes into each arrangement for DIY. Please do not send in a Quote Form asking us to figure out how many stems are needed for the arrangement.

***ALSO, we are kindly asking brides-to-be not to submit a quote form months prior to the wedding and contact us 4 weeks before the wedding to start their package without a previous deposit. We no longer keep the form on file for more than 30 days, UNLESS contacted by the bride-to-be.

Attention ALL Brides!!
Final payment is due 30 days prior to requested ship date and a photo of the bride's bouquet only will be submitted for approval before shipping AFTER the final payment is made. Design work does not begin until package is paid in full.
We have had recent shipping delays due to late final payments from brides.
We are now charging a $25 fee(as of 02/28/08) for all late final payments received by clients. Also, your flower package shipping date will be delayed a minimum of 1-2 weeks. The client will have to pay expedited shipping charges if the package cannot be delivered during the standard delivery time (2-5 business days depending on your location).
Staci is now putting the
FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY DATE
on all newly submitted quote forms so there will be no misunderstandings as to when the final payment is due.
Please mark this date on your calendar!
We will not be contacting you to try to get the final payment made. It is your responsibility to check the PKG UPDATE page to see when your package is shipping and pay the balance 30 days prior to that date.
The Final Consultation was designed to go over your original order to make sure details were noted & to be used for last minute additions to the order.
Not to collect payments.
Example of final payment being due-
If you've requested your flowers to be received by May 5th, your payment will be due no later than March 21st. We allow 2 weeks for delivery to be on the safe side. This means your package would ship by April 21st, hence 30 days prior to an April 21st ship date would be March 21st, when the final payment would be due.
If you have ANY question about this, PLEASE ask & do not assume.
WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY LATER THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE TO ALLOW FOR SUFFICIENT SHIPPING TIME!
