ORDERING AN ARRANGEMENT

Once you have chosen an item that you wish to purchase or have a unique idea of your own, please email STACI at staci_angels_accents@yahoo.com or call (309) 750-1116 . Availability of the required materials needed will be checked immediately. Remember that colors and sizes can be altered to fit your needs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Angel's Accents accepts PAYPAL(sorry no e-checks), VISA, MASTERCARD, & postal money orders/cashiers checks . 

SHIPPING

You will only be charged what the going rate for the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) is. All designing and packaging is personally done by Angel. 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?

Please allow about 1 to 2 weeks prior to the date you would like to receive it by. Angel searches many companies to find the BEST quality and prices for flowers. RUSH orders can be done if necessary.

WILL MY ARRANGEMENT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE IN THE PHOTO?

Angel will make every effort possible to duplicate the arrangement- no two are identical since each arrangement is hand crafted. She will ensure the same quality, if not better than the one in the photo.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Angel's Accents accepts cancellations made the day of the initial order. Returns cannot be accepted since each item is uniquely designed specifically for that customer. You will be 100% satisfied because Angel pays very close attention to detail. A lot of pride and craftsmanship goes into each arrangement.

These packages are packed with extra care- tissue paper, packing paper, bubble wrap, etc.  Angel’s Accents is not responsible for damage during the shipping process.  If damage occurs, report immediately to shipper.  Angel’s Accents will gladly help you fill claim forms if necessary.

Angel’s Accents IS NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages through the delivery service- DHL, FedEX, USPS, or USPS.

Pew Bows-
Delicate items. If needed, re-fluff into shape.  Any creases in ribbon can be removed with an iron on the coolest setting.

Tinted Callas-
Please handle with care.  The small callas are more prone to losing their tint if not protected. Please keep them packaged until wedding date!

CUSTOM TINTING-
These are custom designed by the request of the customer. They are non-refundable items since they are custom made.
