Final payment is due 30 days prior to requested ship date (it is YOUR responsibility to contact us to arrange final payment) and a photo of the bride's bouquet only will be submitted for approval before shipping AFTER the final payment is made . ***If you have chosen a bouquet directly from the website, you will NOT receive a photo prior to shipment.***
This is a VERY busy time of year.
Design work does not begin until package is paid in full.
We have had recent shipping delays due to late final payments.
We are now charging a $25 fee(as of 02/28/08) for all late final payments received by clients. Also, your flower package shipping date will be delayed a minimum of 1-2 weeks. The client will have to pay expedited shipping charges if the package cannot be delivered during the standard delivery time (2-5 business days depending on your location).
Staci is now putting the
FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY DATE
on all newly submitted quote forms so there will be no misunderstandings as to when the final payment is due.
Please mark this date on your calendar!
We will not be contacting you to try to get the final payment made. It is your responsibility to check the PKG UPDATE page to see when your package is shipping and pay the balance 30 days prior to that date.
The Final Consultation was designed to go over your original order to make sure details were noted & to be used for last minute additions to the order.
Not to collect payments.
Example of final payment being due-
If you've requested your flowers to be received by May 5th, your payment will be due no later than March 21st. We allow 2 weeks for delivery to be on the safe side. This means your package would ship by April 21st, hence 30 days prior to an April 21st ship date would be March 21st, when the final payment would be due.
If you have ANY question about this, PLEASE ask & do not assume.
We are now posting tracking #'s and shipping company by each client's name. PLEASE check this page for information instead of emailing us about tracking information.

Attention Canada Brides! We ship to Canada using FedEx, not USPS. We have found this to be the most cost effective and safest method of shipment to Canada. Recent increases in shipping costs for us have forced us to pass the increase on to you. Thank you for your understanding!

We will post delays on this page.
We have never had flowers not make it to the wedding on time.
We overnight at our
expense if necessary if the delay was due to our error.
Since this is a VERY busy time of year, we are only guaranteeing a photo of the bride's bouquet before shipping for approval. If you have chosen a bouquet directly from the website, you will NOT be getting a photo. Your bouquet will look almost identical to the photo on the website.

PLEASE do not email or call with "where's my approval picture of the bride's bouquet, my package is scheduled to ship..." - especially if you made a late payment. Figure a minimum of 30 days after your final payment was made for your package to ship.
We are not shipping ANY orders without an approval photo unless you chose bouquets exactly like the ones pictured on the site.
If you do not recieve your flowers by the "needed by date" you filled out on the quote/order , then by all means contact us immediately.
As stated above, all ship dates are ESTIMATED.
In the last 2 months alone we've had several late payments and Angel was ill for 4 days with the flu(yes, she's human too!)
This has put us a few days behind. When someone makes a late final payment 3-5 days after it's due, we have to re-adjust shipping times, which can affect 2-4 weeks of shipping dates. We cannot possibly design at all hours of the day to make up for the lost time of a late payment that is not our error .
We do not start designing until paid in full.
